The effects of innovation by inter-organizational knowledge management

اثرات نوآوری بر مدیریت دانش بین سازمانی//// چکیده نوآوری و نشر دانش میان سازمان ها جهت تداوم حیات سازمان دارای اهمیت بسیار است. فرایندهای نوآوری نه تنها شامل تکنیک هایی می گردد، بلکه فرایندهای مبتنی بر دانش قادراند بهبود و تکامل مدل های رفتاری جدید شوند. با این وجود مطالعات کم و محدودی در زمینه اینکه چگونه می توان گونه های مختلف مدیریت دانش را با توجه به شرایط سازمان بکارگیری نمود و یا اینکه چگونه می توان با استفاده از نشر دانش میان سازمان ها به نوآوری دست یافت، صورت پذیرفته است. این مقاله به مطالعه اثرات مدیریت دانش میان سازمان ها بر نشر دانش استراتژیک در میان سازمان های هم پیمان جهت نوآوری پرداخته و به منظور درک همبستگی میان کاربری های دانش میان سازمانی و نوآوری میان سازمانی به رشته تحریر درامده است. به منظور جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها یک مطالعه موردی چندگانه بر روی دو شرکت آسیایی با استفاده از طراحی پرسشنامه MCDM صورت پذیرفت که هدف از طراحی این پرسشنامه آن انجام مصاحبه های مربوطه و بررسی گروه های هدف بود. یافته های این مطالعه به بررسی این مساله می پردازند که سازمان ها چگونه قادرند ...
