
تبیین رویه های اجرا شده بر روی بیماران توسط خدمات فوریتهای پزشکی در زمان وقوع تلفات انبوه در کشور ایالات متحده امریکا //// چکیده: سابقه پژوهش: آمادگی خدمات فوریتهای پزشکی EMS امری ضروری جهت کاهش تلفات انبوه ناشی از وقایع به شمار می آید. اهداف: ما در اینجا به دنبال تبیین گونه ها و رویه های انجام شده توسط مرکز فوریتهای پزشکی (در سطوح مختلف ارائه خدمات) حین وقوع وقایعی هستیم که منجر به تلفات انبوه ( MCI) می گردند. روش ها: این مطالعه با استفاده از داده های مربوط به مرکز فوریتهای پزشکی ایالات متحده امریکا در سال 2012 که در سیستم اطلاعاتی خدمات فوریتهای پزشکی ملی نگهداری می شد، به انجام رسید. خدمات فوریتهای پزشکی با عنوان MCI یا EMS در هنگام اعزام به حادثه کدگذاری می شوند. سطح خدمات تعیین شده توسط مرکز مراقبت های پزشکی، جهت تعیین سطح خدمات ارائه شده، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یک تحلیل توصیفی که مبین معمول ترین گونه های رویه هاست به وسیله سطح خدمات ارائه شده، به انجام رسید. نتایج: بر اساس آمار موجود، از میان 19831189 مورد تماس های صورت پذیرفته با مرکز فوریتهای پزشکی در سال 2012، 53334 ...
