Service delivery innovation architecture: An empirical study of antecedents and outcomes

دانلود رایگان مقاله انگلیسی اصلی معماری ابداع در تحویل و ارائه خدمات: مطالعه ای تجربی بر موارد پیشین و خروجیهایشان چکیده: در این تحقیق معماری ابداع و نوآوری در تحویل خدمات و نقش آن در دریافت سود رقابتی پایدار برای شرکته مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. در این مطالعه یکی از موارد قبلی را بر اساس مدل نوآوری در تحویل خدمات مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. ما داده ها را از 203 فرد حرفه ای بخش خدماتی شاغل در شرکتهای فناوری اطلاعات و شرکتهای مالی مکزیک جمع آوری کرده و رابطه پیشنهادی را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. همچنین، در این مطالعه نقش واسطه ای محوریت مشتری بر خروجیهای عملکرد تحویل خدمات مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. نتایج نشان میدهند که مشتری محوری باعث تقویت رابطه بین تحویل خدمات و عملکرد میگردد. هدف این مقاله کمک به برنامه ریزیهای استراتژیک شرکتهای خدماتی به واسطه راهنمایی در اختصاص منابعشان برای تضمین رشد پایدار میباشد. کلمات کلیدی: نظریه سود- منبع، منطق تسلط خدماتی، معماری نوآوری در تحویل خدمات (SDIA)، استراتژی بازاریابی، سود رقابتی پایدار   مقدمه: جهانی سازی و افزایش رقابت در بازار شرکتها را به سمت ...
