مدیریت نگرش های شغلی: نقش رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی//// چکیده: رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در میان پژوهش گران بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و سازمان ها نیز اخیرا به آن اهمیت می دهند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه میان نگرش های شغلی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در میان معلمان مدرسه راهنمایی است. از روش مقطعی جهت تحقق اهداف استفاده شده است. داده ها با توزیع 250 پرسش نامه در میان معلمان راهنمایی شهر پراک جمع آوری شدند. 80 درصد پرسشنامه ها با پاسخ مواجه گردید. پاسخ دهندگان پرسشنامه هایی را که رضایت شغلی، تعهد و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را مورد سنجش قرار می داد تکمیل نمودند. پاسخ دهندگان بر اساس روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. نتایج داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 22 تحلیل و تفسیر گردید. جهت آنالیز داده همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون به کار گرفته شد. نتایج به دست آمد نشان داد بین رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. کلمات کلیدی: نگرش شغلی، رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی ...
