Organisational characteristics and the practice of strategic planning in Jordanian hotels

abstract/ This study examines the effects of some organisational characteristics on the practice of strategic planning in Jordanian hotels. Data was collected via a questionnaire survey of Jordanian hotels in two cities: namely Petra and Aqaba.
